- Any misuse, fraudulent booking, unauthorized access or unlawful activity is strictly prohibited.
- All website content including logos, designs, graphics, itineraries and text are the intellectual property of WorldTrip Holidays Pvt. Ltd. and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
- Prices displayed are subject to availability, supplier confirmation and change without prior notice.
- The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to users violating these Terms.
- Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any future amendments.
2. Booking Terms & Conditions
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the respective service provider.
- Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed and payment is received.
- Customers are responsible for verifying all passenger names, travel dates, destinations and other booking details before confirmation.
- Name changes may not be permitted by airlines or hotels and may require fresh bookings.
- Customers must carry valid travel documents including passports, visas, permits and identification.
- WorldTrip Holidays Pvt. Ltd. acts solely as an intermediary between customers and travel service providers.
- Supplier terms and conditions shall also apply to every booking.
- Any special requests are subject to supplier availability and are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed in writing.
3. Force Majeure
WorldTrip Holidays Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, interruption
or failure to perform its obligations arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable
control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Floods
- Earthquakes
- Cyclones
- Pandemics and epidemics
- Government restrictions
- War or civil unrest
- Terrorist activities
- Airline strikes
- Airport closures
- Technical failures
- Weather disruptions
- Power failures
- Acts of God
- Supplier insolvency
In such circumstances, refunds, rescheduling or credits shall be subject to the policies
of the respective service providers.
4. Travel Insurance
WorldTrip Holidays Pvt. Ltd. strongly recommends that every traveller purchase
comprehensive travel insurance.
Travel insurance may cover:
- Medical emergencies
- Trip cancellation
- Trip interruption
- Flight delays
- Baggage loss
- Personal accident
- Emergency evacuation
- Passport loss
The Company acts only as an intermediary for insurance products and shall not be
responsible for claim settlement, rejection or policy interpretation, which shall remain
solely with the insurance provider.
5. Limitation of Liability
WorldTrip Holidays Pvt. Ltd. acts as a booking intermediary and shall not be liable for:
- Airline schedule changes
- Flight cancellations
- Hotel overbookings
- Service deficiencies by suppliers
- Visa refusal
- Immigration decisions
- Customs regulations
- Loss of baggage
- Personal injury
- Theft
- Natural disasters
- Force Majeure events
- Loss of business or consequential damages
Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount of service charges received directly
by WorldTrip Holidays Pvt. Ltd., unless otherwise required by applicable law.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Every traveller agrees to:
- Provide complete and accurate information.
- Verify booking confirmations immediately upon receipt.
- Carry valid travel documents.
- Arrive at airports, railway stations or boarding points within the prescribed reporting time.
- Comply with airline, hotel, transport operator and destination regulations.
- Respect local customs and laws.
- Maintain appropriate health and vaccination requirements wherever applicable.
- Ensure sufficient funds and valid payment methods.
- Inform the Company immediately of any discrepancy in bookings.
Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in denial of boarding,
cancellation or additional charges for which the traveller shall be solely responsible.
7. Data Protection
WorldTrip Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security
of customer information.
- Personal information is collected only for legitimate business purposes.
- Access to customer information is restricted to authorized personnel.
- Appropriate security measures are implemented to prevent unauthorized access.
- Information is retained only for the period required by law or business necessity.
- Customers may request correction of inaccurate information.
- Sensitive personal information shall never be disclosed except where required by law or necessary for completion of travel services.
8. Jurisdiction
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any dispute arising out of or relating to the services provided by WorldTrip Holidays Pvt. Ltd. shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Delhi, India.
- The official language for all legal proceedings and communications shall be English.
9. Grievance Redressal
WorldTrip Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is committed to resolving customer concerns in a fair,
transparent and timely manner.
Customers may submit complaints regarding bookings, payments or services through our
official communication channels.
To help us investigate efficiently, please provide:
- Booking Reference Number
- Customer Name
- Contact Details
- Description of the issue
- Supporting documents, if any
We aim to acknowledge grievances within 2 working days and endeavour to resolve them
within 7–15 working days, depending upon the nature of the complaint and responses from
the respective service providers.
If a matter requires coordination with airlines, hotels, embassies or other third-party
suppliers, the resolution timeline may be extended accordingly. The Company will keep
the customer informed of the progress wherever possible.
10. Pricing & Fare Disclaimer
- All fares and prices displayed on the website are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Airlines, hotels and other suppliers may revise prices without prior notice.
- Currency exchange fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes and government levies may affect the final booking amount.
- Quoted prices are not guaranteed until full payment is received and booking confirmation has been issued.
- Promotional fares may carry restrictions on refunds, cancellations and amendments.
- Typographical or system-generated pricing errors may result in cancellation of the booking with a full refund if the booking cannot be honoured at the displayed price.
11. Chargeback & Fraud Prevention Policy
WorldTrip Holidays Pvt. Ltd. maintains strict measures to prevent fraudulent transactions.
- Customers agree not to initiate unwarranted chargebacks after receiving confirmed travel services.
- Before raising a chargeback, customers are encouraged to contact our customer support team to resolve the matter amicably.
- Fraudulent chargebacks may result in cancellation of future bookings, recovery proceedings and reporting to relevant financial institutions.
- The Company reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing high-value or suspicious transactions.
- Any transaction suspected of fraud may be withheld pending verification.
12. Foreign Exchange (Forex) Disclaimer
Foreign exchange rates are subject to continuous fluctuations and may vary between the
quotation date and the actual date of payment.
- Package prices quoted in foreign currencies are indicative unless otherwise specified.
- Final billing shall be based on the applicable exchange rate prevailing on the date of payment or as determined by the respective supplier.
- Any increase or decrease in exchange rates shall be borne by or benefit the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Foreign exchange transactions shall be governed by the applicable regulations of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA).
13. Corporate Travel Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all corporate clients of WorldTrip Holidays Pvt. Ltd.
Bookings
Corporate bookings shall be processed only upon receipt of written authorization from
the designated travel coordinator or authorized representative.
Credit Facilities
Credit facilities, where approved, shall be governed by separate credit agreements.
Payments shall be made strictly within the agreed credit period.
Fare Changes
All fares are subject to airline and supplier revisions until ticket issuance or service
confirmation.
Amendments & Cancellations
Corporate bookings shall remain subject to supplier rules, cancellation charges and
applicable service fees.
Billing
Invoices shall be issued based on the confirmed services availed. Any dispute regarding
invoices should be notified within seven (7) days of the invoice date.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of commercial information, negotiated
rates and customer data.
Indemnity
The corporate client agrees to indemnify WorldTrip Holidays Pvt. Ltd. against losses
arising from inaccurate traveller information, unauthorized booking requests or breach
of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
